Little bundles of fur
And now, the BIG news at our house! Our little bundles of fur arrived, right on time. We had twins.
Shange was born first; her name in Zulu means "she who walks like a lion." That's her photo on the left.
On the right is her brother Xamm, whose name is from Namibia and means "lion." Both cubs and mother are doing well. I've been roaring like a proud papa!
I'll post more photos in the near future, but now ... now I should have a little time to begin my 21 ROARS, as promised.

Roary! Congratulations! They're so cute.
I think they need their own reality TV show.
Thanks, Dewey.
Colleen, you'll have to talk to Sophia about that. I'll be busy for quite some time, roaring my 21 roars.
Roary ^..^ we have two ^..^
Dear Mr and Mrs Lyon - may I present my profound congratulations to you and Sophia - aren't they cute!
Atyllah, stop it! Stop tickling those cubs with your tail feathers!
Oh lord - and now look at Kashgar, he's gone all broody.
Sigh.
Aw they are absouletely beautiful, especially Xamm, he's a real poser already.
CONGRATULATIONS!
That's so wonderful! They are so cute, they look just like you Roary!
Beautiful babies with beautiful names.
Congrats again, and all our best wishes.

Beautiful, cute, ah yes, I do agree.
Thanks, Vanilla. Don't worry about the cubs being tickled, but you might want to warn Atyllah they have claws. Kashgar, ole friend, don't get broody. If there are no lionesses in your new home area, invite some of your friends from back home to come visit you.
Thanks, Apprentice. Xamm is cute as a button, but look at Shange's dark blue eyes. She's a lovable little cub.
Scarlett, I'm glad you like the names we've chosen. And please, all of you, sit down and stay a spell (as they say here in the southern part of this new country of mine).
My congratulations to Sophia and you, Roary. Your twins are adorable. Your daughter is looking quite ferocious already and your son, I just want to pick up and hug (so long as that's not offensive to your culture).
PS I came here by way of Bonnie's Books.
My goodness how beautiful!
I am clicking "next blog" and saying HI to those that make me smile. Take care!
